- Applications: Ice Cream, Popsicles, Popsicles, Eskimos, Sleet, Ice Cone Syrups, Smoothies, Milkshakes, Drinks, Dairy, Pastry, and more. This product works to homogenize the final flavor of your creations.
- Tips: Store in a fresh place, dry place away from sunlight. It is a flavor enhancer, so it cant be eaten directly, dilution is required. Keep out of the reach of children. In frozen products you may double the dose (from ose (from 3ml per every 2.2 lb of prepared product to 5-6ml)
- Tips: This flavor develops a very soft sand color.
- DIY SHAVED ICE OR COFFEE SYRUP: 100 mL of water, 100 mL of sugar, 1 g of La Tiendita Confectionery Essentials CMC and 1 mL of Sensatika flavor of choice. Mix sugar with the CMC; add the mix to boiling water; mix until everything is well incorporated and let your mix boil for 10 minutes; let the mix cool down and add the Sensatika flavor, mix until it is incorporated and try it, add more flavoring is necessary!
