Nutritional value of 100g: 3.7 proteins 0.5 fats 86.8 carbohydrates. INSTRUCTIONS: Shale well the contents and put it in 1 galon jar. Pour 2 liters (2.11 qt) of warm boiled water into the dry mixture for making kvass, cover with a napkin or gauze and put in a warm place for 4-5 hours. Then strain and that's it! Optionally to achieve addtional carbonation please remove the clause and seal with a lid, that would allowed to achieve tight sealing and keep in warm place for another 2 hours. Kvass is ready put in the refrigerator to cool it, and store.
