His Carolina Kettle brand of snacks are also all-natural, gluten-free, kosher certified, and free of trans fats. To achieve their outrageous crunch (and genuine Carolina flavor), Josh starts with the finest potatoes available, and then hand-cooks them in small batch kettles using 100 percent sunflower oil.
